A graduate of SDSU with a BS degree in Marketing. Laurence lead GMI Facility Services from less then 50 employees to nearly 1000 today. A successful serial entrepreneur, passionate mentor about the use of technology and innovation within organizations to differentiate, streamline, and automate the organization’s sales processes and solutions to create explosive growth. Laurence developed Paperless Proposal for GMI out of the need to differentiate his company in the sales and marketing process from his competition. Laurence is a proud father of two teenage daughters, passionate guitar player, avid wake-boarder, water-skier, and scuba diver.

Chief Executive Officer

An Internet product and marketing expert, Andy Jedynak’s background includes more than 25 years of executive leadership and board roles at high growth B2B/SaaS and B2C companies. Most recently, Andy was President and Co-Founder of NeuroGym, a company whose online platform helps people improve their mental and emotional skills using proven science. Previously, Andy was CEO of Poptent (a global video crowdsourcing company), board member and interim CEO of Proximic (a Silicon Valley internet technology company), and President and Chief Marketing Officer at KidZui, the Internet for Kids. Jedynak was also GM and Chief Marketing Officer at WeatherBug (Earth Networks, Inc.), where he became an early pioneer and industry leader in the IoT, apps and mobile space, leading the growth of WeatherBug from a concept to one of the top digital properties worldwide.

In the 1990’s Andy worked at NBC, first within traditional media functions including sales, marketing, and television producer, then later within Internet development disciplines for multiple digital properties including NBC Local and msnbc.com (now NBCNews.com).

Jedynak has been active in the Internet world since before the web became a reality. He is chairman emeritus of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Mobile committee, and over the past 20 years has been published many times in Internet industry publications, as well as spoken at numerous major internet conferences in the US and internationally, covering issues related to media convergence, online advertising and marketing, mobile, and Internet apps. Previously, in the mid-1980’s he was Editor in Chief of “Informative Networks on Computers,” an online and print publication that focused on and predicted the evolution of Internet as a new mass medium. Jedynak later graduated from the University of California with an emphasis in communication and computer science.

Before beginning his career in media, internet and technology, Jedynak played professional basketball in Europe.

Zeb Evans


Chief Technology Officer

Director of Technology responsible for overseeing the development of all software for Paperless Software, Inc. Prior to joining Paperless Software Inc., Zeb developed web application and web infrastructure expertise while re-architechting the fixed web application for the Sprint, Virgin Mobile and Amp’d Mobile game communities while at Motricity. Zeb has over twelve years of software engineering and management experience. He holds both a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Computer Science as well as numerous certifications in web technologies including Java and is a Certified Zend PHP Engineer.

Clifford Boro

Clifford Boro is a General Partner of Simplexity Holdings. Prior to Entry Ventures Group. Cliff was the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of the Team Group, Co-Founder and CEO of Zui.com (sold to Saban Capital), Co-Founder of CVT Ventures, Chairman and CEO of Infogate (sold to AOL Time Warner). Cliff currently serves as the Chairman of 1AppWorks. Cliff is a very-experienced venture-backed CEO, Founder, investor and entrepreneurial catalyst. He has helped over a dozen companies from founding to exit, including serving as the Founding Chairman of Say Media and mSnap. For his work at Zui.com, Cliff was named a Champion of Change by the White House. Cliff began his career working in the hedge fund industry and worked at both Steinhardt Partners and Soros Fund Management. In his free time, Cliff loves to spend time sailing and boating and performing amateur improvisational comedy. Cliff serves as a Board member of the San Diego Performing Arts League and as a Board Member of Temple Beth El in La Jolla.

Glen Cohen


Senior Account Executive

As a co-founder Glen leads the business development and marketing team. He brings more than 25-years experience in inbound and outbound marketing, communications and sales enablement. Glen was the co-owner of a start-up restaurant chain and later the CEO of GlenCo Advertising, a creative services and web based technology firm, working with a prominent client base.
